Our founder brings over two decades of experience across venture building, executive matching, B2B events, sales, investment and strategic advisory.

Category Creator.
Our founder introduced the executive summit format to the DACH region — and built it from scratch into a recognised category. What started as a single concept became a market standard. Multiple spin-offs followed. Every C-level executive in the region knew the format. This is not just event experience. It is proof that we can identify a white space, build a venture from zero, and turn it into a market-defining brand.

Operator.
Built sales structures for early-stage digital marketplaces. Designed and operated B2B conference formats for international companies entering the German market. Supported sales operations and event strategy hands-on — not from the sidelines.

Connector.
Developed matching methodologies at the intersection of senior executives, investors and high-growth companies. Worked as mentor and community builder bridging the gap between design, technology and business.

Investor.
Active private investor across equities and alternative assets. Strategic advisor to early-stage companies and founders — with hands-on operational involvement, not just capital.

Advisor.
Consulted conference and event businesses on founding, scaling and international expansion — particularly at the critical early stage where execution matters most.

This breadth is not accidental. It is the foundation of the BOT model — because building, operating and transferring ventures requires someone who has done all of it.

What we are building

tinidad is currently developing two ventures — both rooted in our core competency of bringing the right people together at the right moment.

 

Fractional Executive Matching — Germany
Germany has no dedicated platform connecting senior executives with companies that need leadership expertise on a fractional basis. We are building exactly that — a curated matching operation for the German market, addressing a structural white space that established international platforms have not yet filled.

The model is lean, high-touch, and built on the same matching methodology we have refined over two decades. Target segments include scale-ups, Mittelstand companies, and foreign businesses entering the German market.

 

Executive Summit Revival
The summit format we introduced to the DACH region created a category. We are now bringing it back — in a focused, modern format built around the structural shifts reshaping today's business environment.

These are not concepts. They are ventures in active development — with market validation underway and first operations launching in early 2027.
